What you will do

• Ensure production environments are always operational and running efficiently.
• Manage services across production, testing, and development environments, ensuring availability, monitoring, and resilience.
• Design, implement, and manage cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems, including cloud services, networking, and storage.
• Provide foundational services that enable engineering teams to deliver and run solutions reliably at scale.
• Operate autonomously to improve and automate complex systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience operating services in complex environments (financial services experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of SRE principles, including automation, monitoring, and incident management.
• Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
• Experience in DevOps build/testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Must be based in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva.
