What you will do

• Design the demo experience that showcases the capabilities of hirify.global to prospective customers.
• Work on onboarding processes to help customers go live faster with less friction.
• Define a new design aesthetic for the e-commerce demo site, representing "Product Discovery 2027".
• Map out user flows and interactions for new features leveraging AI/LLMs.
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups and assets for key pages and states.
• Ensure all new designs are scalable and align with the existing design system.

Requirements

• A goal-oriented, iterative mindset focused on solving high-impact problems.
• Practical experience with user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Experience designing for unfamiliar problems, especially in B2B contexts.
• Experience turning ambiguity into structure, spotting patterns, and defining scalable solutions.
• Defining a new design aesthetic for the e-commerce demo site that visually represents "Product Discovery 2027".
• Mapping out user flows and interactions for new, cutting-edge features that leverage AI/LLMs.
