Senior Sales Engineer (Ai)

What you will do

• Support customer evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability, including product specification documents.
• Develop sales strategies and own technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and DAS, NAS, and SAN offerings.
• Create repeatable solution architecture blueprints for customer delivery.
• Help develop system and field engineering teams, recruit and develop Sales Engineering staff, and advise on building a Support organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Expertise in classic unstructured data applications, next-generation analytics, and web frameworks.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Experience preparing or delivering technical product and architecture presentations to customers and trainees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive energy, optimism, vision, and the ability to perform in an unstructured environment.
