What you will do

• Develop AI-driven solutions for circuit design automation (EDA, layout, verification).
• Apply Deep Learning and generative models to material simulation and discovery.
• Collaborate with international R&D teams to translate research into industrial applications.
• Contribute to publications and patents.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong background in Machine Learning (Deep Learning, Generative Models, RL, Physics-Informed ML).
• Experience in semiconductor design (EDA) or materials simulation.
• Proficiency in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Willingness to relocate to China for 12 months is required.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience with semiconductor design tools.
