What you will do

• Engage with business departments to understand workflows and translate needs into clear, structured requirements for AI solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal approaches for AI solutions, from off-the-shelf tools to custom-built engineering efforts.
• Implement AI-powered solutions independently using prompt engineering, workflow automation, and chatbot configuration.
• Decompose complex solution requirements into well-defined tasks for the development team, writing technical specifications.
• Design solutions with handover in mind, training business teams to operate, maintain, and iterate on delivered AI solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and contribute to the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution consulting.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+ required).
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and practical prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms or automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make/Zapier, Power Automate, Retool).
• Strong requirements engineering skills, including user story writing and acceptance criteria definition.

Nice to have

• Russian language knowledge.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and enterprise AI systems.
• Basic coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for prototyping or data workflows.
• Experience designing solutions with a “self-service” or “citizen developer” mindset.
