Senior Software Developer (Medtech): Designing and developing software using Microsoft .NET (C#) for integrating a health and social care management system into client ecosystems with an accent on API design, database performance, and system efficiency. Focus on bringing products to new municipalities and integrating with their current systems and workflows, working closely with architects.
Location: Hybrid in Skellefteå, Sweden

What you will do
- Design software
- Develop software
- Create documentation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft .NET (C#)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience building and consuming REST-based APIs
- Experience creating documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish required
Nice to have
- Experience working with API Gateway solutions
- Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns
