Location: Hybrid, requiring 40% (two days) in an office site in Halifax, Bristol, Chester, Leeds, or Edinburgh (UK).

Salary: £59,850–£66,500

What you will do

  • Build and manage forward-looking Public Website plans, aligning priorities with team capacity.
  • Translate business priorities into a sequenced backlog and lead annual/quarterly planning.
  • Develop and own transparent cross-team prioritisation frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Influence and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable impact.
  • Own and facilitate processes for the Public Website's risk and control environment.
  • Champion agile ways of working and drive continuous improvements in planning.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content planning and strategic development is key.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and influence across teams.
  • Experience in effective prioritisation and maintaining transparency.
  • Strong analytical rigor to inform prioritisation and optimize content strategies.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Ability to work hybrid, 40% (two days) in an office site in Halifax, Bristol, Chester, Leeds, or Edinburgh.
