Location: Andenes, Nordland, Norway; onsite work at the Andøya launch site

What you will do

  • Shape and advance the product-control framework for the Andøya launch site.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of ground equipment, flight hardware, and launch operations.
  • Support and follow up on acceptance testing of flight hardware.
  • Review processes and procedures and enforce document-management requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance reports, risks, and mitigating actions.
  • Set up calibration plans and maintain continuous technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering qualification or a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • Experience with hardware quality inspections and assurance, preferably involving assemblies.
  • Experience with document management, non-conformity processes, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-stress, dynamic environments and work independently.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces; fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with fluid systems and piping or tubing involving hazardous materials.
  • Knowledge of rocket propulsion systems or structures.
  • Experience with risk-management processes.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian or German.
