What you will do

• Collaborate within an Agile team to develop and enhance best-in-class enterprise software.
• Adopt a test-first approach to software development, designing tests before writing code.
• Participate in design sessions, estimation efforts, and code reviews.
• Provide assistance and resolve problems for customers or support engineers.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Actively foster continuous team and individual improvement through coaching, mentoring, and self-learning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert-level knowledge in C/C++ and Java.
• Experience in planning, design, and execution of software.
• Experience with Windows and Unix operating environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, practices, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github).
• Strong communication, organization, and complex problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with File Transfer Protocols or MFT domain.
• Familiarity with IBM Mainframe environments.
• Automation testing experience.
