What you will do

• Develop reliable, maintainable, and fully tested cloud-native backend services.
• Leverage latest AI tooling (Claude models) to improve software production quality.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions and perform code reviews to ensure high software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects and security issues.
• Manage the CI/CD process using automated tools and document technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of REST API.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive mindset for continuous learning.
• English: B2 level or better required.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
