hirify.global is looking for a mid-level Marketing Specialist to support their marketing initiatives focused on content creation and graphic design.

What you will do

• Create and update marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and flyers using PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign.
• Design simple graphics for both online and offline use, including social media posts and event flyers.
• Support and run social media campaigns, mainly on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize content using tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with various departments (Sales, HR, Recruitment, Executives) to create aligned marketing content.
• Write user-friendly copy for various purposes and ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing or similar role with a focus on content creation and campaign support.
• Basic graphic design skills, especially in InDesign (familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus).
• Experience using PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office tools for marketing material preparation.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, including Meta Business Suite.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of visual consistency (minimalistic and clean visual style).
• English at B2+ level required for working in a multicultural team and writing in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT industry or familiarity with IT terminology.
• Experience or interest in Employer Branding.
• Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere).
