Що робити

• Research course topics, including relevant themes, concepts, theories, and practices.
• Analyze the audience, their needs, behavior, and pain points.
• Formulate course content and program logic.
• Develop the structure of modules and the sequence of lessons.
• Develop detailed lesson logic (outline / blueprint).
• Synthesize information from various sources into an understandable system.

Вимоги

• Experience in instructional design, methodology, educational or digital products.
• Strong research and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to structure complex information into understandable systems.
• Understanding of user psychology and behavior in mobile/web environments.
• Experience with mobile or online platforms is a plus.
• English: C1+ required (working with English-language sources and audience).
