What you will do

• Scope AI employee integration into customer GTM stacks, identifying tool replacements and workflow integration.
• Develop customer-specific features and integrations using TypeScript (Node.js/React).
• Lead end-to-end deployments and drive product adoption with Customer Success Managers.
• Provide technical support on high-stakes sales calls to secure complex deals.
• Conduct in-person discovery, scoping, and onboarding sessions at customer offices.
• Channel customer insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence the AI product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across Node.js and React.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions with RevOps leaders and sales teams.
• Experience with CRMs and sales tech (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
• Ability to translate complex technical systems for non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to customer sites.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City or San Francisco.
