What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead project planning, execution, implementation, readiness, and reporting activities.
• Manage medium to large projects or small programs, typically with $2M–$4M budgets and high complexity.
• Oversee initiatives with non-contained risk supporting business and corporate goals.
• Drive cross-functional efforts spanning multiple IT and business units.
• Monitor project tasks, milestones, budgets, risks, and controls to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing $2M–$4M project budgets.
• Proven track record leading medium to large, complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong risk management and governance experience.
• Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of structured delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).

Nice to have

• Financial services or insurance industry experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience contributing to or improving enterprise delivery frameworks.
