What you will do

• Set end-to-end technical direction for platforms, technology, tools, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product strategy, scope, and technical execution.
• Design and build API-first, cloud-native services that integrate with web clients, internal tools, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain scalable, distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to the evolution of the conversational AI platform, including messaging pipelines, integrations, and data flows.
• Continuously improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
• 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years on large-scale and high-volume enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of C# development.
• Experience architecting systems for performance and scalability.
• Expertise in designing applications using relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, RESTful web services, design patterns, and Agile development processes.

• MS in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of software architecture experience or 7+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Experience building and operating systems on Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Server, CosmosDB, Service Bus, SignalR, Storage Accounts, Logic Apps, Application Insights).
• Practical understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating AI-powered features.
