What you will do
- Drive rapid business expansion and achieve top-line and bottom-line targets within a select client cluster.
- Establish and manage overall client relationships with key decision makers, building trust and understanding business goals.
- Position hirify.global as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for implementing IT solutions.
- Lead and orchestrate presentations, structure complex deals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Identify multiple stakeholders and opportunities within accounts, diversifying revenue streams and cross-selling digital solutions.
- Direct and manage account teams to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role at a consulting or services firm selling digital services to the Information Services industry.
- Minimum P&L Management experience of $100M+.
- Expertise in the Information Services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving pipeline development.
- Ability to sell digital services (mobility, UX, digital marketing, cloud, web content management, ecommerce, analytics, AI/ML).
- Capable of selling at a C-level and developing sponsorship to drive deal closure.
