What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI agent implementations (excluding technical build).
• Optimize processes and define how AI agents behave through SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Lead UAT/QA, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to integrate AI tools and align with business objectives.
• Develop training materials and programs for confident adoption of AI solutions.
• Monitor AI system performance, refine prompts, and tune workflows to achieve conversion benchmarks.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs using dashboards and A/B testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in sales, sales operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing tools or technologies.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, manage projects, and drive change.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs to technical teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to new technologies.
