What you will do

• Define the scientific agenda and architectural vision for agentic interfaces on supply-side platforms.
• Lead applied research in multi-agent systems and tool-using agent workflows for complex business processes.
• Design, prototype, and evaluate generative AI components and models in end-to-end systems.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on the role of agentic technology versus traditional tooling.
• Establish technical maturity and best practices across the organization through coaching and thought leadership.
• Drive internal and external industry presence through publications, patents, and conference participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning with 15+ years of experience (PhD with 12+ years preferred).
• Deep expertise in LLM training, distillation, and orchestrating multi-agent frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering complex GenAI projects from concept to production.
• Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of data pipelines and model deployment tooling.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of agentic evaluation frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
