What you will do

• Define the long-term scientific and architectural vision for agentic supply-side applications.
• Lead applied research in multi-agent frameworks, tool-using agents, and complex supply management workflows.
• Build and evaluate prototype agents and model components in an end-to-end production environment.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to engineering and product leaders regarding AI platform maturity.
• Establish best practices for agentic evaluation, deployment, and experimentation across the organization.
• Represent the company as an authority in the broader ML and GenAI community through publications and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI systems.
• Deep expertise in LLM training, tuning, and orchestration of multi-agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale GenAI projects from research concept to production deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data pipelines and modern ML deployment practices.
• Demonstrated experience in driving technical maturity and mentoring at a department or organizational level.
