Salary: $167,100 – $248,700 per year

What you will do

• Build recommendation systems leveraging computer vision to improve video performance for advertisers and shoppers.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions in collaboration with engineers and product managers.
• Develop a long-term science vision and roadmap for the Sponsored Products and Brands business.
• Conduct A/B experiments and perform in-depth data analysis to evaluate proposed solutions.
• Mentor junior scientists and stay current with the latest modeling techniques in the AI field.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Basic understanding and curiosity regarding Generative AI.

Nice to have

• Previous work on agents, VLMs, or LLMs.
• Expertise in computer vision.
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, or MxNet.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
