TL;DR
Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Supporting the partner channel ecosystem in EMEA by driving the adoption of hirify.global products and strengthening relationships with strategic channel partners with an accent on technical enablement, solution integration, and channel sales support. Focus on leading technical enablement activities, integrating solutions into partner product stacks, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting with complex solution design for partner-led opportunities.
Location: Must be based in Germany or Switzerland. This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates residing within 45 miles of one of our offices, including working onsite some days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What you will do
- Proactively engage with partner channel organizations to expand relationships and advocate for hirify.global solutions.
- Lead technical enablement activities for channel partners, including training and hands-on labs.
- Integrate hirify.global solutions into partner product stacks and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Represent hirify.global at channel events as a technical ambassador.
- Collaborate internally to develop channel enablement materials and refine strategy.
- Support partner sales teams with technical qualification and complex solution design.
- Provide hands-on support for proof-of-concept (POC) projects and rapid technical responses.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or Switzerland.
- English: Fluent English required. German: Fluent German required.
- Demonstrated success in a channel-focused technical role.
- 5-10 years working in an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization.
- Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, having administered or architected an environment of at least 10,000 users.
- Experience doing customer demos of software products and building technical proofs of concept directly with customers.
Nice to have
- Infosec and Identity and Access Management experience.
- Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365, especially from an installation, architecture, or administration perspective.
- Experience speaking and representing a company at public events.
- Ability to travel frequently for partner meetings, trade shows, and training events (up to 50%).
