What you will do

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders to deliver system improvements.
• Create paved paths and best practices within the listings space.
• Build efficient, reliable, performant, and scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to define product definitions and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala).
• Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale data applications.
• Experience with distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, and indexing.
• Strong communication skills and passion for learning.
• Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity (US).
