What you will do
- Negotiate and oversee commercial deals with new and existing distribution partners, including cable, satellite, telco, hotel, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Provide analysis on deal terms and commercial strategies to the business development team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Account Management, Operations, Servicing, Marketing, Technology, and Finance teams to execute partnership requirements and deliver on business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience working in business development, strategy, or content distribution.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for reviewing, understanding, negotiating, and communicating complex deal structures.
- Ability to maintain balance between building strong customer relationships and engaging in challenging and complicated contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize appropriately.

- MBA or graduate degree in a related field.
