What you will do

• Own full cycle recruiting for high-volume care navigation and support functions.
• Influence and deliver quality assessment and a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles.
• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones.
• Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers.
• Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup.
• Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks.
• A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management.
• Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
