Finance Director (FP&A)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end annual operating plan (AOP) process and maintain the 3–5 year long-range financial model.
• Run rigorous monthly and quarterly reforecast cycles to provide leadership with an accurate financial landing view.
• Serve as the senior finance partner to GTM, Product, and People leadership, translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Manage the SaaS financial metrics framework, focusing on ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, and the Rule of 40.
• Lead the migration from spreadsheet-heavy workflows to a modern planning platform like Pigment.
• Directly manage and coach a team of FP&A managers and analysts to improve their analytical rigor and storytelling.

Requirements

• 12–16 years of progressive Finance experience, with 4–5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics and unit economics is essential.
• Proven track record of owning full planning cycles and long-range models at a company of meaningful scale.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or MBA preferred.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
