Compensation: $94,000–$123,900

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for complex contracts, recurring services, and usage-based models.
• Review, validate, and process high-volume, multi-component invoices accurately and efficiently across multiple entities and currencies.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of billing data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal controls.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to billing processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the testing and implementation of system upgrades or new financial modules impacting the billing function.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for billing inquiries, mentoring junior staff, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a high-volume, complex corporate billing or revenue accounting function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex billing concepts.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
