What you will do

• Create, own, and leverage financial forecasts and various data sources.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and tactical recommendations for the revenue organization.
• Drive critical business decisions and strategies across hirify.global.
• Integrate with Sales leaders and Sales Operations to understand core problems.
• Actively own core analyses and undertake ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses for business trends with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with a proven track record in data analytics roles.
• Strong experience with Tableau, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
• Strong experience with Salesforce.
• Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and conducting strategic assessments.
• Ability to communicate and drive solutions to complex and abstract problems.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives with little to zero oversight.
• Experience with Revenue, Sales, and Finance analytics.
• Must be based in the USA and able to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.

• Python experience.
• Experience with Sigma Computing, Clari, and Atrium.
