TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing outbound sales to qualify and develop prospects into partners, presenting and selling hirify.global’s products and services. Focus on achieving sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and performing cost-benefit analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.

Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway for this position.

What you will do

  • Achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to secure new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell hirify.global’s products and services through product demos.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be based in Oslo, Norway for this position.
