Focus on building relationships with key stakeholders and converting market insights into actionable sales strategies.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the team by providing support, addressing challenges, and driving performance.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of recurring and new business opportunities.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key individuals such as CEOs, CFOs, and IR managers.
  • Develop industry knowledge and convert market developments into clear sales strategies.
  • Maintain an overview of offers, contracts, and invoicing with accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global Corporate Solutions to align go-to-market activities and product work.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial results with a strong customer orientation and focus on achieving goals.
  • Experience in B2B sales within IT or SaaS environments and short sales processes.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Fluent Norwegian is a requirement.
  • Professional proficiency in English, and preferably another Nordic language, is an advantage.
  • Established personal network among CFOs in listed companies and IR professionals is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of IR processes and a personal network in the environment around CFOs in listed companies and IR professionals is a strong advantage.
