  • Engage and empower managers in talent attraction, retention, and development.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Denmark or Sweden.
  • Established HR Business Partner with a comprehensive HR toolbox.
  • Experience in HR leadership positions, driving talent, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record as a manager of HR professionals in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Experience leading a business through transformation while prioritizing the people agenda.
  • HR qualification or degree level required.
