What you will do

• Designing and evolving job architectures.
• Applying job evaluation and grading frameworks.
• Defining roles by connecting success profiles and skill/competency models.
• Enabling agile organizations that optimize strategy and cost, transparent and fair pay, and effective recruitment.
• Playing a key role in project delivery and solution design.
• Deepening expertise across organizational infrastructure and reward.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of organizational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward, and the wider HR portfolio.
• Ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical solutions.
• Reputation as a flexible collaborator with good judgement.
• Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
• Preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
