- Designing and evolving job architectures.
- Applying job evaluation and grading frameworks.

- Playing a key role in project delivery and solution design.
- Deepening expertise across organizational infrastructure and reward.
Requirements
- Technical understanding of organizational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward, and the wider HR portfolio.
- Ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical solutions.
- Reputation as a flexible collaborator with good judgement.
- Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients.
- Preferably a relevant masterβs degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
