Location: This role will join our People & Culture Team in Sweden for a 15-month parental cover starting in May 2026.

What you will do
- Partner with managers, coaching on performance, feedback, and team dynamics.
- Lead end-to-end employee relations cases.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and mitigate risk.
- Own and drive core People processes like performance reviews and salary cycles.
- Take ownership of a specialist area such as Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, or Leadership Development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of People processes and policies.
Requirements
- Solid experience working as a People Business Partner or equivalent.
- Academic degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Swedish labour law and hands-on experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Specialist competence within at least one People area (e.g., Compensation & Benefits).
- Proven ability to independently own and execute People processes.
- Experience working in close partnership with the business in a commercial, fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust quickly.
