What you will do

• Create high-quality, real-time visual effects across various VFX types.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance gameplay, cinematics, and environments with top-tier VFX.
• Research and innovate new workflows, tools, and techniques for real-time VFX.
• Ensure VFX work performs well and adheres to technical budgets.
• Populate environments with engaging and accessible visual effects.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience (typically 5+ years) in real-time VFX creation for games.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating game VFX creation skills is required.
• Experience with both real-time and baked simulations.
• Familiarity with VFX tools and pipelines (e.g., Houdini, Max, Maya).
• Expertise in Unreal Engine 5, Niagara, and related systems.
• Understanding of PBR concepts, real-time rendering, shaders, and lighting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
