Account Executive (Adtech): Helping to plan and run marketing campaigns for a high profile tech client with an accent on digital channels. Focus on contributing to the success of cutting-edge marketing initiatives for a globally recognised brand.

Location: Must have the right to work in the UK. Hybrid work model, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Work with others to make sure all deadlines and timelines are on track, proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure advertising content is ready and sent to the right people on time and keep track of which ads are running where, ensuring smooth launches across various platforms.
  • Help update spreadsheets that track campaign budgets and costs, ensuring all purchases are properly recorded.
  • Help gather campaign results, preparing presentations to share those results with clients and entering data into reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Maintain shared project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, suggesting improvements to existing workflows.

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint or Google equivalents.
  • Clear communicator and team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in digital advertising and learning how campaigns work behind the scenes.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Some experience or internship in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing terminology and campaign objectives.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or DV360.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • An interest in technology, given the client's industry.
