What you will do

• Own and build solutions to high-impact, complex risk problems within Money Management.
• Design and build core systems, writing code and reviewing technical designs.
• Navigate ambiguous technical challenges, breaking them down into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, risk strategists, and product managers to shape solutions.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders across the company to create and drive the longer-term vision.
• Mentor and develop other team members to become the next generation of technical leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience or equivalent, with a track record of designing and building high-impact products and systems.
• Proven experience as a technical lead, defining roadmaps, driving architecture decisions, and delivering complex projects.
• You have a user-first mindset and care deeply about the product experience.
• You are self-directed and can operate autonomously across multiple teams.
• Strong empathy and communication skills to convey complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with compliance, risk, or fraud systems.
• Experience working in payments, fintech, or financial services platforms.
