What you will do

• Design and deliver new platform capabilities.
• Perform hands-on programming, including coding, pair programming, and testing functionality.
• Participate in and contribute to regular scrum ceremonies.
• Independently deliver small-to-medium features, seeking support for complex tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in writing and maintaining tests throughout the SDLC at all levels.
• Experience implementing Continuous Delivery practices to ship quality code safely and timely.
• Ability to contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Possess an enabler mindset, improving tooling, patterns, and documentation for other engineers.
• Experience with observability, metrics, CI/CD, data analysis, or shared developer tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed, scalable software solutions.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, designing real-time reactive systems.
• Familiarity with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud environments, specifically Azure.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# or being a polyglot engineer with pragmatic system thinking.
