What you will do

• Deliver clean, maintainable backend features while resolving complex technical debt.
• Contribute to the technical strategy to ensure long-term system scalability, security, and performance.
• Define and implement effective testing strategies to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in code reviews with a focus on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical workshops to foster team growth.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a backend developer on large-scale commercial projects using Node.js or JVM-based frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of architecture patterns like REST, microservices, SOLID, and Hexagonal architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud and container technologies, including AWS, Docker, and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of testing best practices, the testing pyramid, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience in debugging, root cause analysis, and technical decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment within an Agile/Scrum framework.
