What you will do

• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for Adaptive Telemetry solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects.
• Own architecture, reliability, performance, and cost for critical systems.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and drive systemic fixes.
• Improve observability, automation, and operational readiness.
• Mentor engineering talent and represent engineering internally and externally.

Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems with technical leadership and impact.
• Strong systems-design instincts and understanding of tradeoffs.
• Hands-on cloud-native architecture (microservices, Kubernetes, IaC) experience.
• Reliability and performance ownership, including SLOs/SLIs and capacity planning.
• Excellent coding and design skills in Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and using AI-powered developer tools.
• Familiarity with streaming/messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders in a remote environment.
