What you will do

• Thrive in a "0-to-1" engineering environment, prototyping and refactoring features for scale.
• Develop polished UIs in React and deep-dive into C#/.NET Core, WebRTC, and streaming architectures.
• Optimize for human experience and conversation flow, ensuring real-time performance of audio.
• Act as a technical leader, identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the full stack.
• Build proprietary models, streaming architecture, and user interfaces for a "Universal Translator".
• Work in a dynamic, cross-functional squad alongside Researchers, Product Managers, and Designers.

Requirements

• Hybrid work: Must be able to work from London, Munich, Cologne, Amsterdam, or Berlin with twice-weekly office attendance.
• English: B2 required.
• Possess a "0-to-1" builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate Full-Stack Fluency with a backend tilt, including React, C#/.NET Core, WebRTC, and Streaming Architectures.
• Product obsession, caring hirify.globaly about customer journey and conversation flow.
• High agency in identifying bottlenecks and proactively fixing them across the stack.
• Interest in B2B SaaS challenges like Identity (SAML/SSO), Monetization, and Compliance.
