Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid (London) - 3 days per week in office

What you will do

• Design and build product features in collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Develop across the full stack with a primary focus on the backend using clean, well-tested code.
• Own significant parts of the product architecture and lead new technical improvements.
• Perform code reviews and provide structured feedback to other software engineers.
• Design and optimize engineering processes, patterns, and data schemas.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development.
• Proficiency with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience taking products through various development environments into Production.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate and utilize third-party APIs and tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (hybrid, 3 days/week).
