Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps and de-risk ambiguous projects.
• Architect scalable systems and data models with a focus on performance and long-term maintenance.
• Establish frontend architecture patterns and define backend excellence across the stack.
• Lead observability and SRE practices, including incident response and SLO definition.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise technical standards through design reviews.
• Coordinate multi-team deliverables and align stakeholders to resolve technical blockers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to London
• English: C1 proficiency required
• Strong experience in fullstack development with a focus on system architecture and operational maturity.
• Experience with or strong interest in modern AI-augmented development workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching engineering colleagues.
