What you will do
- Partner with the Global Events team to plan and execute a portfolio of virtual and in-person events.
- Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Own event project management, maintaining detailed timelines, budgets, and vendor communications.
- Define and track event success metrics, delivering post-event analysis and actionable improvements.
- Create, review, and approve event assets such as signage, collateral, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve planning efficiency, execution accuracy, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Located in Eastern or Central timezone USA.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of event marketing experience (hosted and third-party conferences).
- Willingness to travel by plane, approximately 40 percent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events with competing deadlines.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Zudd or similar registration platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Curiosity and adaptability in adopting new marketing technologies, including AI-driven tools.
- Practical experience applying AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and operational efficiency.
