hirify.global is looking for a Product Designer for their Tebex product to empower creators and redefine digital experiences in the gaming world.

What you will do

Deliver exceptional UX/UI design balancing usability, visual appeal, and business objectives.
Make strategic design decisions based on data, user research, and industry best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams.
Communicate and advocate for design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
Champion the use of design systems and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

Eligibility to work in the UK.
Proven experience in a digital product design role with a strong user-centric portfolio.
Proven experience designing mobile products.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with maintaining and contributing to design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Nice to have

Experience designing for gaming, creator platforms, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with conducting user testing and gathering usability insights.
Passion for data-driven design and optimizing through A/B testing.
