What you will do

• Develop UI designs for attracting new users.
• Enhance existing page designs through A/B testing to increase conversion rates.
• Explore product benefits, graphics, and paywalls to attract users in the Health & Fitness and Mental Health niches.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, analysts, and UX researchers to identify growth opportunities and develop effective design solutions.
• Work with developers and testers to ensure proper design implementation.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain the design system and brand book.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of design experience with a focus on UI design; graphic design experience is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in product design focused on user growth or engagement. Experience with paywalls is a significant plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating design solutions backed by metrics.
• Understanding of user behavior and psychology.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau).
• Understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
