What you will do

Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to define requirements and build effective product experiences.
Craft polished, high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms, following design patterns and utilizing the design system to keep players engaged.
Design how players connect, socialize, and share on surfaces like Home, Profile, Friends, Chat, and Leaderboards.
Present design proposals, articulating decisions with contextual rationale, heuristics, and user insights.
Create and iterate on prototypes to share and explain designs with Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
Own projects from initial concept through implementation, ensuring design-to-code alignment.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience working as a Product Designer on a consumer-facing product or game.
A portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of interface and user experience design.
Mastery of UI design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, alignment, contrast, and interactivity.
Clear understanding and experience designing responsive and interactive user interfaces for mobile apps and the web.
Experience working with an established design system.
Strong collaboration and communication skills working in a remote, globally distributed team.
