What you will do

• Provide 24/7 monitoring and supervision of customer IT infrastructure.
• Handle incidents and alerts, providing resolutions based on documented procedures.
• Liaise with the Level 2 team for complex issues.
• Perform and analyze results for health checks on customer infrastructure.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of French and English.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Windows.
• IT support working experience.
• Knowledge of mainframe is a must.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Readiness to work in two shifts (24/7 service).

Nice to have

• Experience with z/OS/MVS operating system.
• Experience with TWS/IWS.
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Centreon, Zabbix).
