What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers focused on Telco / ISP networking scenarios.
• Define and drive the automation strategy for carrier-grade networking validation.
• Own the design and validation of Internet BGP architectures, multi-region routing, and PoP connectivity.
• Oversee modeling and testing of complex routing policies, traffic engineering, and failover scenarios.
• Ensure scalable automation coverage for customer integration flows, including peering and routing validation.
• Drive automation infrastructure improvements, frameworks, and tooling for large-scale networking tests.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• 6+ years of experience in automation, system testing, or network engineering roles.
• Strong Telco / ISP networking background.
• Proven experience designing, building, or operating Internet BGP architectures for global or multi-region networks.
• Deep understanding of BGP, routing policies, traffic engineering, and PoP connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, OOD / OOP, and coding skills (Java preferred).

• Experience with Wireshark.
