What you will do

• Lead strategic automation and platform modernization initiatives.
• Own and drive complex release processes, ensuring predictable deployments.
• Architect and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and manage advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Embed security, compliance, and resilience into infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership during production incidents and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in DevOps engineering, supported by a technology-focused degree or equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, or Rust) and strong understanding of core networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Terraform (IaC), and containerisation/orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Familiarity with Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence), version control (Git), secrets management, and monitoring/logging platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog).
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain large-scale, automated, and highly reliable infrastructure and platform solutions.
