Automation Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Automate environment lifecycle: Build reproducible environments, standardize OS configurations, and manage rollouts via CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams: Configure new integrations, validate third-party technologies, and document setup and troubleshooting.
• Ensure observability & reliability: Implement logging, metrics, health checks, automated drift detection, and define SLOs/SLIs for uptime and recovery.
• Maintain living documentation and integrate automation into self-service pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in DevOps and automation, experienced in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows (preferably GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash, with solid Linux fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or virtualization platforms.
• Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with partner or vendor integration workflows.
