What you will do

• Support new features and services across hirify.global engineering teams.
• Integrate tools to monitor platform stability and performance.
• Scale Kubernetes clusters and AWS-based infrastructure while maintaining platform SLOs.
• Ensure the reliability of hirify.global’s primary datastores (MySQL and Cassandra).
• Troubleshoot site issues using industry-leading tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Automate infrastructure with Python, Puppet, Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Mastery of Linux, including debugging ambiguous OS behaviors.
• Command of a modern programming language (Python, Typescript, Ruby, Go, Rust, Java, C++).
• Solid understanding of Internet fundamental technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and related tooling (Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Experience with Linux containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Self-motivated to investigate, fix, and improve systems in an ever-changing environment.
